Arab community social events

Does anyone know whether the Arab community here organises any social events?
I tried online seaches but so far nothing has come up.

Hi, I'm an arab who just moved to Singapore recently.

try hang out at Arab street on weekend nights.Many Arabs will be there,I recommend Cafe El-sheikh,Samar and Baladi.

Yeah i have to agree with you on this one, the food at El-Sheik is not bad at all
Actually I'm planning to organize a gathering, next Friday, to that place, any taker?
