It is Sweet/fermented rice and you can buy it at Peoples Park Complex in China Town. on the ground floor, Translated it is called the First Department Store, it's a mini supermarket, that sells many products from Taiwan.

It is normally eaten in winter to give warmth, it is not advisable to eat in warm weather like Singapore.

why is it not advisable to eat in warm weather? wat benefits does it have? and side effects?
