Singapore Expats

We are Aussie Chinese who have been living as expats in Bangkok for the past 6 years and are now relocating to Singapore due to my job. Can anyone recommend apartments within 2 km of the Australian International School? My son is 4 years old and we are looking for somewhere with very good kids facilities such as swimming pool, playground, kids club etc. We need minimum 2 bedrooms though 2+maid room would be ideal as we are bringing a nanny with us. I found Sunglade on this site but not sure if there is any other ones. We are also looking somewhere where alot of families with kids going to AIS might be staying.

there's a few projects in the serangoon vicinity like sunglade,springbloom etc and they are near the australian school.
