Singapore Expats

i'm a french 2 stars CMAS diver.

someone can say me where are beautiful diving spot in SG or near SG.

i have heard that in Malaisian very nice spot existing, but in SG ??

No good diving in Singapore, the water is too murky. Some people dive near Pulau Hantu but the visibility is pretty bad. Bintan has barely tolerable diving, but Tioman and islands north in Malaysia are far better -- in season (Apr-Oct or so).
