Place of Worship

Not entirely sure if this is the right place to put this topic but, going to church is somewhat leisure, no?

I'm on the lookout for a place to worship. I used to go to a church based on reformed beliefs and calvinism when I was still living in Vancouver.

It has been a task to find a church of a similar nature here.

I'd prefer a church that is diversified in terms of the community.

Yeps. That's pretty much it.

well, the main doctrine of belief is one of predestination and election. That salvation is not for everyone (which is unlike most christian doctrines)

I don't have to find one that like I used to go to. just choices.

Hi wander_lust,
how about Presbyterian Church? it's based on Calvin's teaching.

Perhaps you can find some info from here: http://www.presbyterian.org.sg/index.jsp

BTW, I'm from Bukit Batok Presbyterian Church (http://bbpc.org.sg/church/home.html) - Indonesian Congregation.
