shopping qn: where to find women's shirt with french cuff?

Not sure where to post this...
Well I was given a pair of cuff links (the girly type with floral designs) by a diplomat friend.
(probably sees me as a future globe-trotting pencil-pusher) Well, anyway, I like them a lot but now I need to find a shirt to go with it. Where do I get one of these shirts with the french/double cuffs for ladies? I know they exist and that's it. Will be popping down town today to try my luck... but I think I won't be able to find them on this shopping trip.
