i can't study Computer well because my English's not good

my friend, there are so many ways that you can improve your english. you just have to practice, practice, practice and more practice. aside form that, do read english materials and watch english movies without the subtitles. always have a dictionary with you in the event that you found an english word that you dont know yet.
and if you can find a native english speaking person, that would help. the person may not be able to speak your language so you have to use english to talk to the person.

You would also to well to stay out of threads with are predominately populated with local Singaporeans as they only know singlish and can't spell/type either so the dictionary would be absolutely worthless on some of these threads. They also don't seem to be interested in learning either.

Purchase an electronic dictionary to help you understand complex English vocabulary, proper spelling, and grammatical sentence structure.
Establish your own English study group within your neighborhood. Simply place fliers stating, "English Study Group - To Improve English And Personal Wealth$$$$$$" and you're guaranteed to at least have everyone on your block signed up. Make the group limited and only allow a few, select and well-spoken individuals to attend weekly meetings. Place everyone else on a waiting list.
Create elaborate reasons for members to attend (e.g.: Making Money In Sweden Night) and keep plenty of freshly brewed coffee on hand in exchange for their precious and free time. Replenish exiting members with those left on your list (should be in the hundreds) and always speak your mind. No matter how poor you may believe your English is, improvement will only come through practice.

You could also watch quality english tv programs like Neighbours... LOL.
anyhow... try watching more good quality english tv programs, esp news programs where the readers have good diction.
MAKE $$$$ AT HOME by speaking english.
