Hi,
I used to stay in Simei St 1, near Eastpoint. The crowd there is usually in the evenings, and weekend especially when they hold the ine-dancing group.
The crowd at Tampines, Bedok and Marine Parade will be much much better.

Hope that helps!

I work nearby and would say the crowd there is VERY local. Shops there are even more dull than those at Tampines. The same goes for restaurants & cafes. Unless your target customers are those aunties/uncles, I don't think you'd get much of attention.
Oh I wish there were nice lunch places at Eastpoint though, like O'Briens, Cedel, the Soup Shop, etc. Sigh. Perhaps you could help??
Good luck.
