Singapore Expats

Hi there i heard yoga exercise is good, wanna try but don't know anything about the lesson, where is the best yoga class conducted in Singapore etc. Anyone has good recemmendation?

I started going 5 weeks ago to WHATEVER in Keong Saik Street near China town. Beginners class for 2 hours on Saturday mornings. I enjoy the session as its not crowded and the instructor is knowledgble, flexible (literally and figuratively) and patient. All virtues of a good yoga teacher. I have discovered the existence of 3000 new muscles but neverthless, it is a very pleasant and rewarding experience.

i have been going to art of living in balestier road. it is quite good. more of the breathing exercises for the mind type of yoga.....

yep AOL is not a bad choice.... good for learning some basic postures and breathing techiques. AOL, is located at Jalan Ampas st. beside Shaw Plaza, Balestier Road.

I heard good reviews about Ramakrishna Mission's Sunday Yoga Classes too. It is the cheapest and the best.... with only S$10/- you can have 12 sessions of Yoga lessons. Problem is all the seats are snatched up in a day or two whenever announcements are made.

Ramakrishna Mission is located at Bartley Road in between Braddel/Paya Lebar.
