which is not fantastic but quite okay...they have good service... but how much is your budget?
i don't know the price range here in sg, but in jean yip i had a haircut and i paid around 30 SGD... unless u wanna go for those 10 SGD salons... they promise to cut your hair in 10 minutes... but i'm scared of the outcome... so i didn't dare to try...
