Hi, I am Singaporean, and my partner is Japanese/South African. We recently arrived in Singapore after a few years in Australia/Brisbane.

We are both working now, and looking for some like minded friends, other couples, etc, particularly female friends as she doesn't have many in Singapore. She's looking to meet with female friends to hang out with and are easy going.

We're both socialble and easygoing people, equally fluent in English, Mandarin and Japanese. I'm 27 and she's 24 this year. If anyone out there is looking to expand their social circle, do give us a buzz.

Hi junmonkey

Hi, thanks for replying.

Definitely, we should all meet up soon. Let's get a few more people on this forum along for the ride, and organise something.

I think Brisbane is more beautiful, but Singapore definitely has more life. In brisbane, you feel like a ghost if you walk out on the streets after 9.[/quote]

Hi there, thank you for the invite, i don't think we might be able to make it for the thursday as my partner is working late (seems like the norm for IB) We hope to make it the next time though.

Hello junmonkey, i am joycelyn, singaporean and i am turning 24 this year. I am also here to widen my circles of friends and also learn how to socialise. I am an easy going gal, hoping to know more sincere friends. People used to see me as being anti social but in fact i am not, i just don't know how to interact with people, but the me now is more proactive than before. Can you two tell me more about yourselves.
