Widen my circles of friends

I am a 23 year old gal, hoping to widen my circles of friends and also learning how to socialise with people. I don't have much friends as i am quiet at times and people will find me boring sometimes.. haiz... whatever topic i talk don't seems to arouse peoples' interest.

if u will be quiet when all r around n speaking when noone is around....
then surely its boring....n strange also!!!u should think about it..
