hi there - i am interested in womens basketball - i am 27 and a complete beginner - although i used to play netball at school!!

also am interested in basketball for my 7 yr old son - he plays after school but loves it so would like to play some more.

Minnar0103, I just started training (in my daughter's school team) and I am still quite out of shape. Please search this forum for "basketball". There are quite a few threads. I dare not to meet up before I can actually sustain for 30 min.
