How to remove dark eye bags?

I have very serious dark eye circles around my eyes. i have no problem sleeping but it seems like i have not been sleeping for a very long time. Anyone can recommend some methods to overcome this problem?

dark circles may not be cause by lack of sleeping, de-hydration skin mayb also cause dark circles, probably u can try to use some hydrating mask for the eyes area if not u mayb also try evening primrose oil (capsule) it help to resort ph level. if u wan to try any eye cream look for water base eye cream if not jus drink more sky juice i believe it does help a little.
