Landed Permanent Resident (LPR) Question

Hi guys,
Need some help here. I have applied for Landed Permanent Resident through SMC. It's been 2 months and the LPR is not issued yet. Do you know how long does it take for LPR to be issued? Is there a website to check the status of the LPR application? Thanks!
