I could not come at the rock climbing on april 14th as I will be in France. however, I really want to try!
So I send an email to climb-asia and they told me that There's 4 vacancies left for Sun, 8 Apr.
Someone will be interested to try a full day rock climb this sunday, 8 of April?

hey Syssi, is it in-door or out-door? I've tried few times in-door climbing before but still at beginner level (my leg & arm are not strong enough ).

Anyway, I am interested.

Details

Time: 10am to 5pm

Venue: Climb Asia Climbing Centre, 117 Rangoon Road, Singapore.

Nearby Farrer Park MRT Exit B.

Equipment: Fully provided

Your Instructor is Mr Yam Choon Hian



Payment

We’ll appreciate very much if you can make payment at least 3 days prior to the course day.

This is to confirm the participants’ attendance to avoid making a loss in case participants do not turn up due to various reasons. There will be no refund when a participant is absent. Thank you for your kind understanding.



Course Topics

1) Introduction to basic climbing equipment

2) Tying the Figure of Eight knot

3) Belaying on a top-rope system

4) Climbing Calls



Additional notes:

* Its best to wear sports wear for the course – we highly recommend elastic waist-band bermudas for the boys and capri/ ¾-pants for the girls, to allow for freedom of movement. For tops, sleeveless tops are better as it can get quite warm in the gym.
* We suggest that participants wear their own sports shoes on that day, just in case the personal shoes can be used if the climbing shoes in our gym do not fit the participant’s shoe size.
* We do not have a water cooler at our centre but we retail an assortment of cold drinks including mineral water. Participants may wish to bring their own water bottles.
