recommendation for travel agent for Canada Travel

Hi, I am looking for a travel agent that specialises in airtickets to Canada. Anyone know of one? I 've been looking online and in the phone book and I can't seem to get anyone who will offer me an airticket to Canada without going via the US (hate clearing US customs with all my luggage) or Europe (12 hours to kill between flights with a 3 yrs old is no fun).

Not all airlines stop over in US or Eu. For instance,
JAL stops over in Tokyo
Cathay Pacific stops over in Hong Kong
You only need to clear the luggage through customs at the arrival point in Canada.

What city you are traveling to? West coast or East? Singapore airlines and JAL have direct flights Singapore-Vancouver with one stop but you do not need to do anything with your luggage until your final destination.
