would you recommand me a mobile sim card?

Dear expats!
I'll be in Singapore soon and preparing for that now. Well about mobile sim card..which is recommandable one? I have phone already so i need prepaid sim card only.. Many thanks in advance. Cheers!

Oh even they provide free IDD call? Is that true?
Havn't heard any telecom service including free IDD before. good!
