does anyone know of a nice hostels in Taipei & Kaoshiung, Taiwan?

They all look pretty alright to me. Also depends which part of Taipei you want to stay, just like any other cities, there are at least two or three parts of the city you could stay and enjoy the convenience of travelling and food/shopping.
