Being able to instantly decode spam in any character encoding is just one of the many demanding requirements for us moderators.
(Although I'll confess that, personally, it occasionally takes me a few seconds before I realize that what I thought was EBCDIC-encoded Azeri is, in fact, little-endian MacCyrillic Bulgarian. Sigh.)
