Bumrungrad Hospital

I badly need some answers. I am planning to go to Bumrungard Hospital in Thailand to get liposuction. I am a male in my 20's. I have wanted to do this for a long time as I seem to never be able to lose weight in this area no matter what I do.
Has ANYONE ever had Dr. Arthi Kruavit? Is he good? I can find very little information on him. I am also wondering about Dr. Amorn Poomee. I know he is more expensive...but how much more? And is he actually any better than Dr. Arthi Kruavit?
Next, what are the long term effects? In 10 or 20 years as I gain old age weight will it be all lumpy and in weird areas? Making me look mishaped? I really, really appreciate any help everyone. Thank you.
