Singapore Expats

We are relatively new in singapore and are looking to buy a place. Found something interesting in Grandeur 8, but not familiar with the area.

Would really appreciate any advice on the area - and this condo... anyone lived there? would it be a good investment?

Quite near amenities like train stations and food centres. Located in Ang Mo kio - an old town in Singapore. In terms of investment...so-so....cos not located near City but never-the-less...not a rural area.
