Singapore Expats

Hi, I would like to form a playgroup for mothers & their kids aged around 2.5 years old. My son is soon to be 28 months old and hardly find a playmate similar to his age especially boys in our condo. We go to some classes on Mon, Wed & Thurs so either Tue or Fri works best for our availability. Please response if anyone is interested too Btw, we're Asian expat and living along Bukit Timah area. Thanks
