Singapore Expats

Does anyone know anything about Nuovo condo nr Yio Chu Kang MRT? Looks to be in the middle of a HDB district but would be good to hear people's thoughts...

Nouvo is located in a sub-urban area. At the end of the day, it depends on what you are looking for in a condo. I havent been inside Nouvo before, but it seems like a full facility condo (i.e. have pool, tennis court, gym, etc). It is conveniently located near YCK MRT so that can be a plus point to some. I am not sure how much is the rental course.

Some things you might want to take note is,
- there are not alot of eating places around
- i am not sure if there is any major supermarket around. I havent seen any around whenever i am around YCK area.
- there are definately no shopping mall within walking distance. The nearest will probably be in Yishun or AMK
- taxis seem to be quite limited around that area. The few times that I was there, I have to book a cab because there are always none at sight (after waiting for 15 mins).

yck mrt area is rather convenient.. eating places near by (market/food court)... one stop, or within strolling distance you can reach ang mo kio center...the central shopping area...near schools as well cos in hdb area....
heavy traffic cos driving center nearby... there's also a park and library in the vicinity..

not sure what else you want to know...maybe you can elaborate further on what you are looking for, what price, etc... then we can comment ...
