Any tips on places to see and where to eat in this island? We are going for a dive in Bohol later this month and I would love to hear your suggestions.
Thank you very much!

I just came from Bohol about 2-3 weeks ago (first time to go there). things to do...
- see the tarsiers (smallest monkey in the world, i think)
- see the Chocolate Hills
- we had lunch at Loboc River (a floating restaurant of sorts)
- stopped by an old church, and the site where the blood compact was made between the spanish and the filipinos several centuries ago.
those are some of the things i can remember now. we did go to Panglao Island. the sands are Boracay-like, sans the party. very good place if you want to do some 'soul-searching'.
food...besides the restaurant, i only had dinner at the place where we stayed. try the 'kinilaw'...fresh fish that's cooked in vinegar.
enjoy your trip! i had a blast.
