Indian Food Home Delivery

Hi there I am thinking of starting a Home Catering service for North Indian food.
It seems that many Indians who come to Singapore still wish to get hot, Indian food delivered to them.
Please assist me to give me your comments ,as in Do you think,,it will be a good idea ?

here is something u might be interested.......
Home made north Indian Food
North Indian Home Made Food
The chain is called Mom's Kitchen. Menu includes different variety of vegetable, dal and rice everyday. Food is authentic punjabi north Indian. Menu is
> Rice (Plain/ Jeera/ Pulav- Peas, vegetable, etc)
> Chapati/ Parantha (choice allowed)
> Dal (Different variety everyday)
> One Vegetable (seasonal) / Paneer
> Curd/ Raita (Boondi/ Mix veg/ Cucumber/ Pineapple/ Plain, etc.)
> Basic Salad
> Pickle
Highlight is home cooked meals and served on lunch and Dinner both. No Holidays. Rate S$ 4.50 if number of order five or more. If less S$5.50. We got limited open capacity at present, rest already booked.
We are charging 4.50$ only if ordered in the areas listed.
Lunch - Tanjang Pagar, Dhoby Ghaut, Somerset, City Hall, Raffles and China Town
We will keep you posted if we could add more areas.
Beside the above special arrangements for breakfast/ Lunch packs available for items like Punjabi choley bhature, Aloo- poori or poori choley, Kachori Sabji, Bedmi Poori, etc (Helps making off days really pleasurable). Call for queries

Thanks Ajit for the detailed info.
But can it be delivered for dinner if the order is for just 1 person?
The location is Telok Blangah Heights. I'm prepared to pay more than the mentioned $5.50.
The thing is my son's mom is going home for a month and it'd be great if Mom's Kitchen can satisfy my taste buds during this peiod.

and it can be continued even afterwards...just the numbers will be more.
