Singapore Expats

Hi

We are moving to Singapore in Jan and my daughter is lactose intolerant. In Hong Kong I buy O Lac formula and in the UK I buy SMA Lactose free. I was just wondering if I can buy either of them in Singapore. Thanks in anticipation Mums (and Dads!)

can't remember the brands, but i've seen lactose-free milk on the grocery shelves. not sure about formula.

My mom used to feed me grounded brown rice cos I can't take milk when I was a Baby. Maybe you could try this.
