UK solicitor anywhere?

Recently moved here from uk and put our flat for sale. Its now at the stage where we have been emailed the contract. I have never sold property in the UK before and am unsure if what we have is a standard and legitimate contract. Is there anyone out there willing to have a look at this contract and answer a couple of questions? The buyer knows we're abroad and i just don't want to be taken for a ride.

I have tried to ask our solicitors that are handling this but trying to get hold of them has proven rather difficult!

Many thanks in advance.

Hi there, I'm not a lawyer but I've sold remotely without any issues.

Can you tell us the clauses that concern you?

Your solicitor really should be on the ball - if not, replace them.
