ok, I'm looking for males/females that want to salsa.

If somebody has a regular group and doen't violently mind me dropping by can you please PM me? number/email/name/day you dance would be great?

I've stopped for about 2 years, very rusty but attended a salsa party recently and its rekindled my love for the dance. I suppose I'm somewhere between an intermediate 2 or 3 but am WOBBLY!

the best place to salsa in Singapore is Union Square, in the Amara hotel shopping center(close to tanjong pagar MRT station). They play salsa, merengue and bachata from Monday to Saturday. A lot of dancers, and they have a Colombian live band (playing two sets every night).
There is a salsa night at Thumper (goodwood park hotel, scotts road) every Wednesday, and every Thursday it is at Obar(mohamed sultan). Some other clubs have salsa nights once in a while (DXO, upperclub).
I don't know the places you mentioned in Malaysia, therefore I cannot make any comparison. But I am sure you will love Union Square.

i have never heard of obar but have tried thumper - it was quite refreshing.

I m a beginner only...Placebo, can we practice together too?

Digging up this old thread.. anyone still into salsa-ing? I'm going to start up lessons again soon at Two Left Feet and desperately need to practice! but only free during weekends. Can email/msn me at [email protected] if anyone is going to union/xenbar etc

i took up beginners some 6 mths ago... kindda rusty.. but will kill to dance like those pros in d club... but need lots and lots of practising.. and a fellow comrade.. so pls get in touch wit me if u want lots and lots of practising.. m a gal btw.. so a male w/out sweaty palm would be great for partner work...

The Cuba at CQ plays salsa music...union square..is packed with lots of salsa lovers! Xenbar..at Chinatown..
