Does anyone know of a good company lawyer in Singapore?

I am looking for the following advice:

1. What duties/obligations does Singapore law place on a company director?
2. What protections does Singapore law offer in terms of breach of employment contract, wrongful and unfair dismissal for a company director?
3. Are company directors entitled to certain statement of terms, eg minimum notice period that can be given by a Singapore-based company?
4. What other protections are there for company directors under Singapore law?

Many thanks

Good lawyers aren't cheap in Singapore. If you're willing to pony up S$300-400/hour, you could do worse than Harry Elias.

Hi,

Here is a list of some lawyers in Singapore, I'm not sure though if the contact numbers are updated:

Hoping that this link would help.

I have used Rajah and Tann and they are one of the largest firms here, and not too costly as well.
