I am currently in final stage negotiations with a Singapore-based company and need to secure suitable accommodation for my family (two girls, 6 years, 11 months, and wife).

We are British-born and would like to live in a low-rise development which is family friendly and where we can meet other British ex-pats who also have children of similar ages.

We understand that we will need to budget for SND 8,000+ per mnth. to secure this type of rental accommodation.

Interested to hear of others experiences/recommendations.

Many thanks

Low rise apartments at Regency Park are great for families. Good size, huge balconies, lots and lots of children and centrally located.

Thank you for this. Can you suggest a development? Our budget will be up to SND 16,000 per month.

thanks
