Im just wondering...

In the process of this 3 months of "wooing" how much money will be spent.

Taking a Gal out can be expensive and if your out more than $500 whats it worth?

And while not wanting to indulge in this, what exactly does "chase" mean, chasing is easy, are we talking about catching, bedding, wedding, hand holding, wot? What kinda "gals" are these?

That's how I read it, too. A hint or two for the OP, if this is his intention;

Firstly, if the lady won't give you her number herself, it pretty much means she doesn't want to talk to you, so why do you think having her number will help you? You'll only pi$$ her off even more.

Secondly, this is not how real men behave in the real world. Grow up a bit. You never know, she might even take an interest in you if you stop acting like a school kid.
