Hi there, i've been reading up about face reshaping.
To have obvious difference, shaving is NOT enough. So it depends on your case and also how much diff u want.
The bone needs to be cut off then shaved to make it even and not bumpy.
For jaw bone, it's known as splitting osteotomy, another doc calls it ASO aka angled splitting osteotomy, they cut off the angled bone and then shave it.
For cheeks, if u want to just make it smaller, can do cheeks shaving but if you want to reduce the width of your face, a zygoma reduction or malarplasty has to be performed.
The procedure involves cutting of the zygoma (a bone below the temples) and then shifting it in.
Hope this helps. I have researching on Taiwan doctors..and im still researching. Another friend of mine who's a korean did it in Korean a few yrs back..im finding out more on that doctor too.

You can also go to see Mike Tyson and insult him. He'll be sure to rearrange your face for free.

Dear Dimesion
How did your friend's surgery go in Korea? Which doc?
Btw I don't wanna shave my cheekbone I actually want a implant of something to make it higher and more prominent and chiseled

Hi Dimensionspectrum,
thanks for the info. i appreciate your reply.
I've actually done some research on the net and i think malarplasty is what i wanted to do.
I'm concerned about the doctor's skills, and have budget. I'm hoping to find a good doctor with reasonable pricing.
Does anyone know of any? thanks again.

Hi~ Juz wanna share my exp with all who is interested in face reshaping... I did vaser lipo for my jaw area last Dec and the results are pretty gd. Can see that my side profile has slim down quite drastically. Now i wanna do my cheeks as my cheeks are still quite flabby. The doc doesn't do vaser lipo for the cheeks but he does cheek argumentation. Meaning he will transfer a small portion of yr fats fr other parts of yr body and inject it to yr face to create a more sculpted look. Anyone did cheek argumentation before? Pls share... Thanz!
hihi

I did it with Dr Phua at Aramis B and it cost $2675 after GST. But u'll need to purchase a compression garment for the face which costs slightly over $100 plus. Facial lipo could help slim down the jaw line drastically but u'll still need to consider other treatments to slim down yr cheeks if they are flabby. If not, yr face shape will look weird.

Hi~ May i koe where u did yr double chin lipo? i dun think doing lipo on yr double chin would help yr face have a slimmer shape. U need to do lipo for yr jaw area also. U can consider lipodissolve for the cheeks if u truely wan a very slim face. Hope that helps!

I wasn't able to just do lipo because mine is due to the bone structure, it's big!!.
