Hello,
My spouse arrived Singapore and would like to know whether I can go to MOM and apply for dependent pass and later collect the same or that person has to be there physically?
Thanks in advance.

Just download and fill in the application form from their website - should all be fine. Your spouse will need to physically go in with her passport to pick up her FIN card, when it's ready. Note, if you have a P1, your employer needs to sign your spouses DP application - wierd, but true. HTH, Pete

Thanks for the reply.
I employer already signed, so for applying, I can go myself and for collecting my spouse has to be there physically present.

I don't think she has to be there at the office with you. When we had DPs, our co agent dropped off the forms, then took our passports and collected everything. My children and I didn't attend in person.

Ah - might be different if you use an agent - we didn't.
Best to contact MoM and ask as we seem to have conflicting advice for you. Their contact page is here:

Had to have a laugh there. I think our company agent sent a bloke on a motor bike with a back to front jacket. Nothing special about him at all.
