Bizarre Tax Situation

I was working in Singapore for 7 years when I accepted a job offer from a company in HKG, HKG contract, salary paid into European bank account (not liechtenstein though :-).

I decided to continue living in Singapore (am silent director of a local company with employment pass), no residence in HKG. I was in neither country more than half a year in 2007.

Where and how do I file my taxes? Or who can help me with this - without having to ask one of the big firms?

I believe if you are resident in Singapore, that is to say longer than 183 days of the year, then you must declare them here in Singapore.

I also believe that any passive income earned outside of Singapore, is tax free, although i am no expert on tax. So please keep us informed of your progress!
