Hi ALL, Can you help us select the condo between ICON and Citylights. My work is at Capital Towers between TJ Pagar & Raffles Place.

Rental wise ICON is $1000 more than Citylights on a 1000+ sqft area - 2bd room.

Please post your pros and cons on one the condo (if that is where you live). Thank you.

i personally like ICON.. been there quite a few times..
had quite a few foreign friends chose icon over citylights..

location wise, i feel that icon is at a much better location ya.

well, hope you will find your ideal place!

I root for ICON too for good location & accessibility to food outlets.
However, this condo is within CBD, so high parking and ERP charges apply.
