Thinking of tanjong rhu.

What do you guys think of tanjong rhu? What is the average rental over there? What is the yield like? Any idea? I am thinking of purchasing, is it a good idea?
oldest condo,smallest unit,1+1,poor or no decoration --- 3k
but i don't think anyone will accept this ridiculous hut foolishly
