IBM vs Accenture in Singapore (analyst position)

Would someone be able to advise me on the choice between IBM and Accenture in Singapore for an analyst position in the human performance service line? Advice on salary, employee culture, promotionability, and overall impressions would be MOST helpful!!!

I, frankly, would tell you it's none of you business. If the OP wanted all to know that, he would have posted it in his original post. Something like: IBM offered me $XXX,XXX/year plus bonus. Is this a fair offer?
Do you have any information that is relevant to the OP's request?
