Singapore Expats

Well, Jeremy won't be around this Saturday to entertain us with all his goofing around, but we might as well play regardless. He's going diving, and so is Markus, so while they will be annoying the fish with their underwater cameras, we will be hitting our ball over the net (or at least attempting to).

Anyone can join and we play regardless of the weather, so feel free to come along!

OK, so your serves were not bad, but the real problem was that we were rubbish at digging them. We'll have to practise a lot more to avoid a repeat of the game when you scored 11 points in a row just with your serve. That was embarrassing for the other team and boring for the rest of yours.

He may just have! But we also set a record for crappy digging for 11 straight serves! It was a group effort, after all.

Although given the way my foot is feeling right now, I'm not sure I would be that good on the volleyball court. Personally I blame the double spins on the salsa floor!

We'll be at Tanjong beach, close to KM8 bar, from 2pm onwards. There are several groups that set up their own court and ours is one of them. You can recognise us by the fact that our net has a blue band on the top and is black on the other 3 sides. The other nets have either yellow bands or are blue on all 4 sides.
