I learn from this dance school call JJ SalsaRengue. JJ stands for June and Jackson. They are really good. I started from Beginners again coz its been 2 years since I started learning salsa. Find that their teaching style is better.

thats pretty good a price. im still on my butt and havent gotten ard to shop for gd salsa schs. let alone partners. what do they teach in beginners. from what i understand, there are many forms of salsa. what kind of music do they normally start with??

Height's never a problem. The steps are not difficult. Like what the instructor Jackson said, "if you can walk, you can dance". We are having our 2nd lesson this coming Saturday. Hope to see you. JJ is one of the most enjoyable salsa school in Singapore. Been there for almost a year, enjoyed the entire process

In fact JJ has one of the highest number of students here, the number speaks for itself!

I am with Xenbar and Groove..

Sometimes..the school will conduct Trial lessons for beginners.
Basic Lessons includes 6 Tecniques and Strong Fundermentals to start off with.While Intermediate Techniques there are 10 types.

There are social nights after lessons and we could just revise the steps that we have learnt.

hi i think in salsa u would have to bring ur own partner right?

wow sounds interesting.. i think i should take up some dance classes too.. but is salsa only for small built? I'm rather large built with a hgt of 1.74cm. do u think i can take up this class? and do i need to bring along a dance partner?

Not really. You can attend a class by yourself and the partners are rotating.

By the way, I am on my intermediate class and I'm wondering if there is anyone here who can be my regular practice-mate? I'm a guy.

hey... but until todate i've yet to take the classes..

have been busy with my driving lessons and work. where did u tae up this classes?
