Check out last months mens health, it had a detailed list of all jogging groups and events in Singapore.
I am keen to get into a bit of cross country stuff, there is a great 4km track in the middle of the island somewhere. Not that I have done it.
I will try and find the old mens health issue that it was in.

I'd like to hear more about your jogging plans. Is this a guys or gal's group? I haven't run in a while so I don't think I can keep pace with male marathon training types at the moment

I would be keen to do some running, certainly no marathon runner and certainly am not the fittest! Just starting to get back into fitness and luven it.
There is a 4km cross country track somewhere I would like to try out...
Maybe start of at East Coast park... Nice and easy?

Yes, East Coast Park sounds good. Ozsingfly, whereabout is this 4km cross country track?
I run leisurely too, and thought it would be fun (and more motivating) to run with people of similar pace and to try different running routes.
I'll start a list here. To all who are interested, please indicate your available day(s) / time:
1. Chin (

Sounds great.
shidah, which area you staying at?
I normally go jogging at the track along the canal at Ghim Moh area. Very windy and nice. 2km long. Been going there for like 3-4 times a week until this week I've decided to give it a break since my knees seem to have a bit discomfort. You guys take any supplements for the joint?
Is it normal to feel kind of "loose" at the knee cap? Distance is 8, 10, 12km per time.
