maimaya25,
I'm on a Doctor supervised weightloss plan that involves no pills, no supplements, no gimmicks, no spas, no wraps and no exercise. But it is monitored by bloodtests and rigid eating plan using only fresh food bought from the supermarket. It's not a high protein diet but it is a low carb diet and it's very very effective. However, you cannot deviate while on the program and you must finish the program in it's entirety otherwise you will just put the weight back on. It's more a lifestyle change than a weightloss program. There is no magic bullets and it's not for the person who wants to just pop junk drugs and expect miracles.
If you have a weight gain problem, you need to first address why you have the problem. Otherwise no diet will be ultimately successful if you do not correct the basic problem. That is the problem here in Singapore (going by the silly posts I see in the Beauty & Health Forum) nobody wants to change but all want to lose weight. Cannot have one without the other. This program will show you how but not if you don't follow what it teaches.
The Doctor has told me my idea weight is between 69~72 kg, I am currently at 74kg and have planned to finish at 70kg which is 1 kg heavier than I was when I was discharged from the Army (40 years ago). I currently have less than 18% Body Fat and am within .3 of being back to Normal BMI of 25 (I started on 13 Jan at 94kg with a BMI over 32 which is considered not overweight but Obese!) I've lost 20kg in 14 weeks to be exact.

Dear Lord (not YOU saint),
Has this person been 'in the news on here lately'?
I'm thinking the worst here..and in the words of John McEnroe I can only say " SURELY YOU CAN'T BE SERIOUS ?"
Nah, think I'm barking up the wrong tree here. The person I'm thinking of has been here for yonks and doesn't like the place anyway. P'raps if he's reading this he might like to confirm ?

The wife finally convinced you? Or you just found it too expensive flying back & forth what with the cost of surcharges! Good reason actually.
If it is you, congratulations.

Hey Ozchick don't forget your cousins..ANZAC Day,Australian and New Zealand Army Corps.
My thoughts go out today to our brave RSM and to all the men that fought on gallipoli and the families that lost loved ones there including the Brits and the turkish.

Why do the locals doing the same job as me (in a Bank) get paid half what I get paid?
Why are the majority of senior management caucasian?

a) Do they do the same job?
b) Their parents were Caucasian, ergo sum, they were born that way.

Yep it's me

God knows how I got it considering both of us aren't currently living/working in Singapore! Haven't even had to go to the ICA Building yet!
