Singapore Expats

Hi,

We have rented here for 18 months and our dog walking plus foot traffic has caused some damage to our wood floors.

The 'scratches' are only on the surface of the sealant i think and are causing it to bubble.
It looks pretty bad with the light reflecting on it too.

I need to get them re-finished i guess to protect our bond. Anyone know of a professional company that does this and what i may expect to pay (for an average size condo double bedroom)
