Singapore Expats

Hi, can any one recommend an agency that would would all the paper work for me to transfer my helper here in hong kong to Singapore.
Also would I have to find the agency here in Hong kong or Singapore.

I am also trying to bring in my helper from Taiwan to Singapore. I have a list of requirements that I need to fulfill for the process but I'd be interested in knowing other people's experiences. General pitfalls, things to remember etc... Also can she arrive directly from Tpe to SG without visiting her home country first?
