Has anyone been to the salon called "FIL"?

I live near Dhoby Ghaut area and ran into this salon the other day. They are running appantly a "permanent" special that has $58 facial. It sounds like a good deal, and the place looked OK.
Have anyone been to the salon? According to their brochure, they have about 4-5 outlets in the city.
Very tempted now.
Any advice will be greatly appreciated!
