Hi,
I'm French, I lived in Singapore last July.
I want to practise English with other people live here, and I start to learn Chinese but is difficult sole.

Seal, I believe that in the Living in Singapore section of the forum they have a thread going on about meeting French speakers for language exchange.
Otherwise you normally walk out of your flat and you'll be speaking Mandarin and English (OK maybe Singlish too) everywhere, n'est-ce pas?
And watch more TV. Everything is subtitled, great way to train your eyes and ears.

Désolée, I got the section wrong, it is in the Meeting friends section. "French Exchange" if I remember correctly. Not very good (re-)finding threads I've posted in, I'm afraid.
