Salaries quoted under the Jobs option

Where there is an Accountant vacancy I have noticed salaries quoted as $3500, for a 5 day week.
Is this a weekly salary or a monthly salary.

Upper end for an accountant in a normal sme is probably 5~7K/mo only if in charge of accounting department (I don't mean a one or two man accounting department either. The majority here are lucky to see 4K/mo unless they are with MNC's.
According to MOM's median Salary search they come up with a figure of S$3,871/month.

It is the old thing - most accounting jobs are done by locals or Asians (like Malaysian Chinese) = lower salaries than in West.
