S PASS Endorsement / Collection

Hello everyone. Just want to ask something regarding the endorsement and collection process of S Pass Card.
My future employer already gave me the IPA, I have my medical exam results and other requirements. However, i do not have a copy of the medical insurance which is one of the requirements. Is it really needed during the endorsement process at MOM Havelock? My future employer didn't give me a copy of it.
