Singapore Expats

Hi..Heard of any good Aesthetic clinic to do mesotherapy in JB?
It is a little expensive to do in Singapore...So i was thinking it should be cheapr in JB. ANy gd recoommendations?

Any feedback on mesotherapy as well? Does it works?
I only wanna do it on my arms and if it's good, for my love handles as well..

I heard it works really well but they hurt a lot...

I'm not fat but has fat in the thighs too...
