Hi all,

I'm now pursuing a degree in management whilst working under risk management (futures). Is a degree in finance a must to get a dealer or trader's position?

Not really. A Cmfas will do.

That depends on the bank and depends on the market conditions.

Now is not the best time, really, with the finance market being flooded post Lehman/BS.
